REFUND POLICY

Every Partners In Time watch is engraved to order, so we've written this policy to be clear about what happens if something isn't right. Please read it before you place your order.

Change of mind Because our engraved watches are personalised just for you, we're unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Cancellations You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at crownandcustom@gmail.com. After 12 hours, engraving may already have started, so we're unable to cancel the order.

Engraving text Please check your engraving text carefully before you complete your purchase, including spelling, names, dates and spacing. We engrave exactly what you enter, so spelling or text errors in the engraving text you provide aren't eligible for a refund or free re-engraving.

If we make an error and engrave something different from what you ordered, we'll make it right.

Faulty or damaged items If your watch arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 30 days of purchase by emailing crownandcustom@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

12-month warranty Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty doesn't cover:

  • Battery run-down
  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Change of mind

How to make a claim To make a claim, please email us at crownandcustom@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of what's wrong

We'll get back to you as soon as we can and work with you to sort it out.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
